Description: Several circuits including a UEN backbone link and connectivity to the Sevier school district went down around 12:20 this morning. The issue appears to be related to a Telco problem and their field techs have been dispatched. The ETA will be in approximately 3 hours however the length of the outage is still unknown at this time. Update: This outage was resolved at 12:20 PM.
Impact: Connectivity to/from the Sevier school district is down as well as several MPLS Layer2 VPN circuits.
