Strand 5

Students will utilize construction techniques at the introductory level.

Performance Skills

Complete a minimum of 8 of the follow construction skills.
  • Buttonhole Formula
    Students will be able to use formulas to calculate the length of buttonholes. They will also be able to construct various sizes of buttonholes.
  • Casing Formula
    Students will be able to use formulas to calculate the width of casing. They will also be able to construct various sizes of casings.
