Writing Standard 10Write routinely over extended time frames (time for research, reflection, and revision) and shorter time frames (a single sitting or a day or two) for a range of discipline-specific tasks, purposes, and audiences.
After students finish reading a book independently, they will use what they learned from the presentation to identify the book's genre in their book reviews for their ELA teacher.
