  • Applied Digital Skills Lesson - Earth Day
    This is a lesson plan created for Earth Day using an Applied Digital Skills lesson. After providing students with background on Earth Day, students will take charge of their learning by following the lesson to explore a topic centered around Earth Day. Students will be creating a presentation using a Google Application and will share the presentation with the class.
  • Design an Animal
    This lesson plan is a cumulative activity for SEED 4.1.1Construct an explanation from evidence that plants and animals have internal and external structures that function to support survival, growth, behavior, and reproduction.Students create and write about a unique creature with a focus on structures leading to its survival. Cover Image: Personal photo taken by lesson plan creator 
  • First Grade Animal Research Lesson Plan

  • Habitats & Photography

  • Informational Website: As Easy as 1, 2, 3...
    This unit walks students through the research process from pre-writing to publishing using cars as the topic, but it could be adapted for any basic research subject.   • Staying Safe Online
    This is a lesson designed to help students stay safe online.
  • UEN Lesson Template SS 4th Grade
    Students will list three or more types of evidence of prehistoric cultures that encouraged archaeologists to investigate the marshes around the Great Salt Lake. Students will also explain why it is important not to disturb archaeological remains.
