Cardio Lesson Plan
In this lesson plan, educators will teach their students what cardiorespiratory health and endurance is, exercises that increase cardiovascular health, and have students measure their own cardiorespiratory health using the fitnessgram pacer test.

In lesson plan, educators will learn to teach students to perform the basic Cha Cha step with the correct timing, footwork, and body placement.

Frisbee Lesson Plan
In this lesson plan, educators will teach their students basic throwing mechanics of backhand and forehand throws with a frisbee and apply what they learn in a game of Kan Jam.

Golf Putting Lesson Plan
In this lesson plan, educators will help their students learn the correct putting stroke, proper grip, and stance in a 85 minute lesson.
