How the program works
Each year a new cohort will be accepted by application for a year-long program dedicated to helping coaches grow as leaders and build their capacity to be change agents within their school or district. Building upon research on effective professional learning, this program provides participants access to personalized and sustainable opportunities centered around pedagogy and digital learning. Apply to join the fourth cohort of the UTTLN. Fill out the form below.
The program is built upon four (4) pillars and includes goals to help develop and support Utah Ed Tech Leaders.*
- School & Classroom Culture: Cultivate a learning environment where positive relationships, shared values, and a growth mindset empower both educators and students.
- Effective Coaching and Advocacy: Develop impactful coaching skills and learn to be a strong advocate for effective teaching and learning.
- Tech Integration: Explore and implement innovative ways to seamlessly weave technology into teaching and learning to enhance engagement, personalize experiences, and promote deeper understanding.
- Leadership: Cultivate your leadership capacity to inspire and guide educational innovation. This pillar delves into digital citizenship, fostering a strong moral purpose, developing effective habits of mind in learners, and connecting with other educators to drive positive change within your school and district.
