Update: This maintenance completed at 11:38 PM. Impact: one service on uccxpub will not start. This might break uccx when i switch software versions on the Sub. I have an open TAC case just incase
Tooele, Tintic, and Millard SD Outage: 2023-02-02 @ 7:25 PM Description: Centracom is investigating an issue with fiber to the wendover CO which affects various parts of our network including: Tooele SD, Tintic SD, Millard SD.
Update: Centracom has dispatched some techs to investigate a possible fiber cut. There is no current ETA.

Update UCM certs: 2023-02-23 @ 10:30 PM Description: the ssl cert are about to expire.
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed at 10:39 PM. Impact: the phone will move to the next available node while the nodes are rebooted . this should not effect call services.
Update UCM certs: 2023-02-28 @ 10:30 PM Description: updating the SSL certs on UCM callmanager and chat servers
Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes.
Update: This maintenance completed at 11:24 PM. Impact: phone should move over the the next available node during the reboot
Outage Types:
Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
Emergency: Immediate outage required
Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
