UVU Router Maintenance

Start/End Time:

11:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Impact:

The following customers will experience intermittent losses of connectivity during the window: MTEC XANGO MTEC Thanksgiving Point USU Orem Eagle Gate College Provo Utah Radiology Provo Santaquin Clinic Mountainland Head Start Org All Charters and Head Starts connected at UVU

Description:

UEN Engineers will be performing a routine code upgrade on our UVU-PE-A node

Description: We are upgrading UCCX from 12.0 to 12.5. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed on time.
Impact: we'll do are best to keep one of the Finesse node up during the maintenance.

Impact: one service on uccxpub will not start. This might break uccx when i switch software versions on the Sub. I have an open TAC case just incase

Tooele, Tintic, and Millard SD Outage: 2023-02-02 @ 7:25 PM
Description: Centracom is investigating an issue with fiber to the wendover CO which affects various parts of our network including: Tooele SD, Tintic SD, Millard SD. Update: Centracom has dispatched some techs to investigate a possible fiber cut. There is no current ETA. Update: This outage was resolved on time.
Impact: Tooele SD Tintic SD Milard SD
Update UCM certs: 2023-02-23 @ 10:30 PM
Description: the ssl cert are about to expire. Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 10:39 PM.
Impact: the phone will move to the next available node while the nodes are rebooted . this should not effect call services.
Update UCM certs: 2023-02-28 @ 10:30 PM
Description: updating the SSL certs on UCM callmanager and chat servers Update: This maintenance will begin in 5 minutes. Update: This maintenance completed at 11:24 PM.
Impact: phone should move over the the next available node during the reboot

Outage Types:

Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.

Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.

Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance

Emergency: Immediate outage required

Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN

Additional Information: Normal maintenance outages, if necessary, are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 11pm. If any additional information about outages is required, please contact the UEN Operations Center at noc@uen.org, 801-585-7440 or 800-836-4396.
