UEN-TV is operated by the Utah Education Network. Our goal is to educate, engage, and enrich the lives of Utah residents through broadcast programs and services.
To all UETN/ibosscloud stakeholders, Tonight starting at 9 PM and extending no further than 12 AM March 18th 2 of the ibosscloud node servers will be moved at the DDC to a new location. No customers should experience a complete outage but degradation of service is expected for some.
UETN incoming call troubles: 2024-09-18 @ 3:00 PM Description: We are currently experiencing issues with inbound calling to the 801-xxx-xxxx support number. Please call 385-xxx-xxxx until we can resolve the issue.
Update: At this time 800-xxx-xxxx is the only number that does not work.
Update: This outage was resolved on time. Impact: Unable to reach support with the usual phone number.
Outage Types:
Outage: An observed outage, not scheduled.
Normal: A planned outage, 24 hours in advance.
Urgent: A planned outage, 12 hours in advance
Emergency: Immediate outage required
Third Party Maintenance: A planned outage performed by an organization other than UEN
